Kenzie: Lavender Bay Wendy’s Secret Gardens

It’s been a few years since Ramon and I visited Wendy’s Secret Garden at Lavender Bay. It’s so hidden, we got lost finding it for a few minutes before we finally found the pathway down towards the gardens. For a day that was overcast, windy with a chance of rain, it was still a very popular spot for locals and tourists to visit. Kenzie became a tad unsettled as soon as we arrived so we weren’t able to stay for long and because of the weather, we weren’t able to see much of the Harbour Bridge view because of the thick fog. We’ll definitely make another trip back and make the most of the beautiful surrounds by packing a picnic for us to feast on.

Hopefully Kenzie will be in a better mood when we visit again. She’s been enjoying our weekly outings and seems so thankful to get out of the house. It’s such a beautiful hidden gem in Sydney. If it wasn’t so far from where we lived, we would have visited more often. Will definitely add to the list of things to do again before we move interstate!
